My pots are made & packed with a great deal of care. However, if my pottery is delivered to you in damaged condition, please contact me immediately, either by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (202 664 3765) & email me a digital photo of the damaged work, in and including the surrounding packing. Shipping will be insured for the cost of your items. Once I receive your photo(s), I will contact USPS, & I will refund you the cost of your items, sales tax (if the order was billed to an address in DC), and shipping costs in the meantime. In order to process a refund due to delivery damage, I *must* receive your photos within a week of delivery.
Since I am a very small business, I will only offer refunds with proof of damage that is a result of delivery & that is brought to my attention within the week of the date of delivery. It is very important to me that you be happy with any of my pottery that you order, & I really try to represent the pots clearly & accurately in my online shop. If you are not happy with an order for any reason, please call or email me immediately; we can arrange for an exchange for a piece of equal value once I understand the issue.
