My pots are made & packed with a great deal of care. However, if my pottery is delivered to you in damaged condition, please contact me immediately, either by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (202 664 3765) & email me a digital photo of the damaged work, in and including the surrounding packing. Shipping will be insured for the cost of your items. Once I receive your photo(s), I will contact USPS, & I will refund you the cost of your items, sales tax (if the order was billed to an address in VA), and shipping costs in the meantime. In order to process a refund due to delivery damage, I *must* receive your photos within three days of delivery.
Since I am a very small business, **I will only offer refunds with proof of damage that is a result of delivery & that is brought to my attention within three days of the date of delivery.** It is very important to me that you be happy with any of my pottery that you order, & I really try to represent the pots clearly & accurately in my online shop. If you are not happy with an order for any reason, please call or email me immediately; we can arrange for an exchange for a piece of equal value once I understand the issue.
