2017

July 3 through July 30:  Along with my friends and fellow potters in the Washington DC Kiln Club, my pottery is part of the "Rough Around the Edges" exhibit at the Scope Gallery in the Torpedo Factory Art Center.  If you're in the area, Old Town Alexandria is a lovely area to visit, and the Torpedo Factory is a lot of fun to browse -- it boasts 82 studios, including the one that houses Scope.  Come visit!

2015

November 15, 2015:  My studio will be open to the public from 12pm to 5pm for the last time as part of the fall Jackson Art Center Open Studios.  As always, the event is free & open to the public, & you can read more about it here.  I'm so grateful for the support that the Georgetown community has shown me there since 2011.

November 18, 2015:  From 3pm to 5pm on Wed. the 18th, stop by NPR headquarters & browse work by 50 local crafters!  My pots & I will once again have a table at NPR's free All Crafts Considered event, it has been a great show in the past, & I hope to see you there.

November 21 & 22, 2015For the first time, I'll be part of the City of Fairfax Holiday Craft Show.  The show runs from 10am to 5pm on Sat. 11/21 & from 10am to 3pm on Sun. 11/22, & I will be one of more than 200 vendors!  Admission is $5 per day or $8 for a two-day pass (kids under 18 are free).

May 17, 2015:  My studio will be open to the public from 12pm-5pm as part of the spring Jackson Art Center Spring Open Studios.  Come visit my new private studio on the basement level!

You can read more about the event here.  Note for parents:  there's also a free children's mural workshop at Jackson outside in the courtyard from 3pm-4pm, weather permitting.

  • April 3 - May 31, 2015:  One of my cups is part of the Small Favors X juried exhibition at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia.
  • In February, photos of my pottery were among the artists' images chosen for projection by a 21-foot inflatable cat at an event/party/laser show here in DC (appropriately called Laser Cat).  In case that description isn't surreal enough, here's a lengthier one from DC Inno.
